You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not share access or attempt to bypass security controls.
3. Orders & service information
Orders are placed against the service catalog shown on the platform. Minimums, maximums, rates, descriptions, estimated times and delivery behavior can vary by service and provider. An estimated delivery time is not a guarantee unless explicitly stated as such.
4. Acceptable use
You must use GrowPilot SMM lawfully and must follow the terms, community rules and applicable restrictions of the social platforms you use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, fraud, malware distribution or attempts to compromise another person's account.
5. Wallet & payments
Funds added to your wallet are intended for GrowPilot SMM services. Payment confirmations may be subject to provider verification. Do not treat an unconfirmed payment redirect as proof that funds have been credited.
6. Refunds & order issues
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable service and circumstances. Please review the Refund Policy and contact support with the order ID when something goes wrong.
7. Third-party platforms
GrowPilot SMM is independent of the social networks whose services may appear in the catalog. Changes made by third-party platforms can affect service performance, availability or delivery.
